We are so happy to have Helen plan our trip to Europe. She was so proactive in checking in and reminding us of things we needed to do. When I missed checking in for a connecting flight she was amazingly quick at getting us on another flight and making sure everything was coordinated; and it was the middle of the night for her. I can't express how much I appreciated what she did for us. She also booked us great tours and checked in frequently to see if we needed anything. Helen King is a fabulous travel agent. This was our first time working with her, and she helped us plan an extended 2-month cruise. Honestly I could not believe the level of details that she helped us with, way beyond booking the trip. She always sent reminders on important dates and deadlines, such as securing visas, booking excursions, booking onboard reservations, and more. She was so helpful with ANY questions we had. In addition, she stayed in touch just prior to our trip, and even after we had boarded to make sure everything was going smoothly. Thanks to Helen, my adult granddaughter and I recently had the most amazing experience in Italy, a dream trip. She had booked us an 8 day cruise of Italy which was amazing, but it was the extras Helen organised for us that made the trip spectacular. The driver she had arranged to pick us up at the airport was on time and throughout the journey to our hotel he told us what we were seeing and a bit of the history of Rome. The hotel was just what we had requested — had lots of character and our room overlooked the Trevi Fountain. The highlight of the whole trip was the ETuk 3 hour private tour of Rome in the evening. The Skip The Line tour of the Vatican, Sistine Chapel and St Peters was so informative and being a small group we were able to fully interact with the guide. The Trip Plan Helen sent to us prior to leaving left us feeling that nothing could go wrong and we didn't have to remember all of the small details — they were all there in writing. She is always my go-to travel agent and I can't wait to see where she suggests I go next.

Helen King pieced together all the components of our Dream Mediterranean Cruise onboard the new amazing Sun Princess. Not only to create our Dream Vacation but as importantly, a no surprise and an absolute stress free Before and After until we were back home opening our front door. We thoroughly enjoyed our recent Celebrity 7 day Alaska cruise. Helen found concierge class availability for us back in September, when none existed online. From that point on, Helen stayed in regular contact with updates from Celebrity and helpful tips for our cruise. She provided numerous suggestions for packing, excursions, and onboard activities.
